This is not medical care and this is not therapy! Cognitive Restructuring is a process that helps you break the barriers of your mental self and work toward a new way of thinking and stronger mindset. This type of coaching with Earthly Essentials looks at all aspects of where you are, where you want to be, and how we can work together to get you there. Let me do the research, taking into account the medical side of your needs to ensure optimal safety throughout this journey.

What You Can Expect

Your initial cognitive restructuring session with Earthly Essentials will ask you to be transparent about mental health, prescriptions, & health issues in order to provide you with safe advice & a properly formulated plan of action. However, you are never forced to disclose anything that you do not wish to! Your full health and wellness concerns will be taken into consideration during our 1-hour session where I assess and evaluate all information in order for us to develop an effective plan of action.

Every follow-up session will be unique. It will be guided on your needs and the direction that you want to go in your wellness journey. We will make a point to tackle all areas of wellness- body, mind, & spirit during each session because growth and healing encompass the entire person.

Details:

• This is 1 on 1 coaching charged per session
• Duration: 1 hour to 1.5 hours
• Method: In Person OR Zoom video chat. You will be sent an email with a link for easy access
• Optional: A custom, formulated blend recipe that aims to support your health goals if appropriate (available for purchase)
• 1 FREE follow up consultation within 3 weeks: discuss results & adjust the plan of action if needed (for initial consultation only)
• You will have access to text, call, email, etc. for accountability and encouragement as desired.

I have been asked often “Why are your coaching sessions so cheap?” My goal is simply to help you achieve the growth and wellness that you want! I do this by offering what services that I can at an affordable cost (in this case $30 per the hour). I want to see each person be able to afford the improvement that they desire in life. If I am able to equip, empower, and cheer on individuals at a cost that works for them, that is my number one goal. With health insurance not covering CAM practices, I never want to see others miss out because of cost. This is your journey and you deserve affordable and reliable options!
